Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, including all shoe boxes and tags, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned equipment to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
